During the 45 minutes to one hour you spend with Cheryl on the phone or in a video conference, you will complete several speaking tasks designed to identify your current level of English proficiency and pinpoint the areas that need improvement. During the evaluation, you will also provide details regarding your goals and what you would like to accomplish during your course.
The results obtained from your speech evaluation will be analyzed and used to develop a customized accent reduction program based on your needs. Your personal goals will also be included in the development of your program.
Once your analysis is complete, you will receive a written evaluation report outlining all the areas of spoken English that will be addressed during your accent reduction classes. Your instructor will review your evaluation report with you during your first lesson.
