For online product purchases, Speaking Your Best, Inc. accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Any defective CD or DVD may be replaced within 14 days of purchase.
Because of the nature of the products, CD's and DVD's will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges once they have been opened/used.
Accent Reduction Class Policies
For class payments, Speaking Your Best, Inc. accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and corporate checks.
Payment for course programs (7-week, 12-week, 24-week) is due at the time of the evaluation
Any student who needs to cancel a class should give the instructor at least 24 hours notice, if at all possible. Exceptions will be made for illness and unforeseen emergencies at the instructor's discretion.
Cancelled classes will be rescheduled during the same week of the original class at a mutually convenient time, or postponed until the following scheduled weekly class.
A missed class without prior notification will count as a class. In this case, an assignment for this class will be sent via email.
Refunds will not be provided for course withdrawals once a course has begun.
