Speaking Your Best Policies

Product Policies

  • For online product purchases, Speaking Your Best, Inc. accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
  • Any defective CD or DVD may be replaced within 14 days of purchase.
  • Because of the nature of the products, CD's and DVD's will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges once they have been opened/used.

Accent Reduction Class Policies

  • For class payments, Speaking Your Best, Inc. accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and corporate checks.
  • Payment for course programs (7-week, 12-week, 24-week) is due at the time of the evaluation
  • Any student who needs to cancel a class should give the instructor at least 24 hours notice, if at all possible. Exceptions will be made for illness and unforeseen emergencies at the instructor's discretion.
  • Cancelled classes will be rescheduled during the same week of the original class at a mutually convenient time, or postponed until the following scheduled weekly class.
  • A missed class without prior notification will count as a class.  In this case, an assignment for this class will be sent via email.
  • Refunds will not be provided for course withdrawals once a course has begun.
